PARTICIPATING CANNON BEACH BUSINESSES

More than 30 businesses host wineries, present promotions or offer special events including tastings, menu items or live music during Savor Cannon Beach, March 9-12. Here's a rundown of participating businesses and the activities they will offer during the 2017 festival:

ARCHIMEDES GALLERY
Archimedes Gallery focuses on exhibiting emerging and established artists from the Pacific Northwest and beyond; seeking to create a welcoming space that is responsive to the evolution of new contemporary art. Offering original paintings and sculptures, as well as prints and unique books, Archimedes' aesthetic ranges from Realism to Surrealism, with works focusing on a connection to the natural world. The gallery will host D'Anu Wines for this year's festival events.

BELLA ESPRESSO
Bella Espresso will host Artis Wine Company for Saturday's wine walk. Bella Espresso features their own Bella Roasta air roasted coffees, Mighty Leaf Teas, gourmet desserts, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, salads, Panini sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies and a wine bar featuring Oregon and Italian wines and select beers.

THE BISTRO
The restaurant will host Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery and will offer $2 sample bites of their Caramel Chicken-Vietnamese Style, with Jasmine Rice and Nuoc Cham Slaw, as well as their Smoked & Braised Short-Rib Slider, with Caramelized Onion Bacon Jam and Blue Cheese Mousse during Saturday's wine walk. The Bistro is open five nights for dinner and offers Happy Hour specials in the bar from 4:30-6pm. Wes Wahrmund performs solo guitar on Friday and Saturday nights.

BRONZE COAST GALLERY
Bronze Coast Gallery will host Willamette Valley winemaking pioneer Sokol Blosser Winery for Saturday's wine walk and Friday's gallery walk. The gallery specializes in bronze sculpture, representing regional and nationally recognized artists. It has been one of the premier fine art galleries in Oregon for over 20 years.

BRUCE'S CANDY KITCHEN
The store will offer a variety of chocolates paired with wines from Koi Pond Cellars for Saturday's art walk. Famous for its classic taffy puller and wrapping machine, Bruce's makes many flavors of their own saltwater taffy and hand-dipped chocolates, caramel corn, fudge, peanut brittle and hazelnut clusters, as well as carrying popular licorices, gummies and novelty candies.

CANNON BEACH BAKERY
Cannon Beach Bakery will host Walla Walla's Skylite Cellars for Saturday's wine walk, where you'll have the opportunity to visit the production area of the bakery and sample some of their baked goods. The bakery is famous for its trademark Haystack Bread, authentic Danish pastries and other decadent treats. Also serving espresso, soups and sandwiches made with their own fresh baked breads.

CANNON BEACH CHOCOLATE CAFE
The Chocolate Cafe will host Buddha Kat Winery for Saturday's Wine Walk. Visit during the festival to sample and learn about their collection of world-wide chocolates. They will be featuring house-made wine truffles and ganache samples. They will also have flights of outstanding pairings of wines and chocolates.

CANNON BEACH GALLERY
The Midtown Cannon Beach Gallery will host North Valley Vineyards and Monks Gate Vineyard for Saturday's wine walk. During Savor Cannon Beach, the gallery is featuring a juried exhibition of contemporary portraiture. Cannon Beach Gallery is operated by the Cannon Beach Arts Association who has supported the arts in Cannon Beach and the surrounding area for 30 years through education, events and exhibits.

CANNON BEACH TREASURE COMPANY
Cannon Beach Treasure Company will host Walla Walla's Aluve winery for Saturday's wine walk. During Savor Cannon Beach, the store will feature their collection of jewelry in pure silver made from 1830's French wax seals. Watch as artist April Knecht transforms these historic seals into heirloom pieces of jewelry.

CASCADE SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY
The downtown Cannon Beach real estate office will host Treos winery for the Saturday wine walk. Cascade Sotheby's International Realty, ranked as one of Sotheby's International Realty top 25 affiliates and as one of the top 500 real estate companies in the United States, is a full-service real estate provider assisting clients with homes for sale throughout Oregon and SW Washington.

DENA'S SHOP ON THE CORNER
The downtown women's apparel store will host A to Z Wineworks for Saturday's wine walk. Dena's will introduce Whimsy Rose dog t-shirts during Savor Cannon Beach with a portion of sales benefitting Clatsop Animal Assistance in support of our local animal shelter.

DOGS ALLOWED CANNON BEACH
Cannon Beach's destination for dogs will host a dog adoption event for Clatsop Animal Assistance on Friday (2-4pm) and will host Angel Vine for Saturday's wine walk. They feature high quality products like Oregon's Ruffwear and Cycle Dogs products, working with companies that are local or "pay it forward" to animal causes. Every day is a treat tasting day at Dogs Allowed.

DRAGONFIRE GALLERY
The gallery will host Lagana Cellars, Locati Cellars and Mustard Seed Cellars for Saturday's wine walk. During Savor Cannon Beach DragonFire will donate 10% of all garden art sales to the North Coast Land Conservancy. The gallery offers a wide variety of recycled metal and blown glass art to adorn the garden as well as contemporary art from the Pacific Northwest.

ECOLA SEAFOODS
Cannon Beach's fresh seafood restaurant and market will host Southern Oregon's Serra Vineyards for Saturday's wine walk and will serve free seafood appetizers from 1-5pm. Ecola Seafoods has been commercial fishing the Pacific Coast since 1977. Ecola Seafood features "World Famous Smoked Salmon Jerky" and gluten free clam chowder made from scratch daily.

FLAIR
The downtown boutique located in Sandpiper Square will host Nehalem Bay Winery for Saturday's wine walk. Flair, a natural gift boutique for the home, kitchen and spa, allocates 2% of all sales to supporting the preservation of the Oregon Coast through annual donations to the North Coast Land Conservancy. Featuring Alex & Ani Jewelry.

ICEFIRE GLASSWORKS
Handcrafting art glass since 1971, Cannon Beach's glassblowing studio and gallery will host Patton Valley Vineyard for Saturday's wine walk. Friday, Icefire artists Jim Kingwell and Suzanne Kindland will host a reception featuring seven wineries at the Cannon Beach Community Hall for the gallery walk. Stop in the Midtown studio and you may see the artists at work and view the work of six glass artists.

IMPRINT GALLERY
Cannon Beach's newest gallery will feature wines by Youngberg Hill at Saturday's wine walk and Friday evening's gallery walk. Get a sneak peak at this new gallery that will have its Grand Opening on April 1. The gallery features ceramics, sculpture, painting and printmaking with a focus on artwork that tells a story.

JEFFREY HULL GALLERY
Located upstairs in Sandpiper Square, Jeffrey Hull Gallery will host four wineries for Saturday's wine walk and Friday evening's gallery walk. Jeffrey Hull has been painting the coast for over 40 years and will have new work to celebrate Savor Cannon Beach. A master of watercolor, his work is available in original watercolors, oils and prints. Open year round.

JEWELRY BY SHARON AMBER
The downtown store will feature Stone Griffon Vineyards for Saturday's wine walk. This jewelry boutique, studio and gallery features fine handmade jewelry by Cannon Beach artist Sharon Amber. Her pieces are crafted in gold and platinum, incorporating rare gemstones and Amber's own hand carved beach pebbles.

LA LUNA LOCA
The downtown women's apparel store will host Naked Winery for Saturday's wine walk. La Luna Loca travels the world to source fabrics for their own clothing designs and to work with local artisans who craft apparel and accessories.

MODERN VILLA GALLERY
This Modern/Contemporary Fine Art Gallery invites you to "Awaken Your Imagination" with an array of spectacular artwork from local, national and international artists. Specializing in imaginative, colorful originals paintings and fine art prints, encompassing perspectives of landscapes, seascapes, boatscapes and architecture. Open 7 days a week, Modern Villa Gallery is celebrating 13 years and will host Ferraro Cellar for Saturdays wine walk.

NORTHWEST BY NORTHWEST GALLERY
Stop by during the Wine Walk and enjoy Sineann Wines with Patrick McElligott, wine judge and educator, and live music featuring blues and jazz with Bobcat Bob & Paul Dueber from 12:30-2pm; and rock, folk and blues from the Wingnuts from 3-5pm. Celebrating 30 years, the gallery will feature oil paintings of vineyards by Hazel Schlesinger and "Perfect Balance," a bronze sculpture by Ann Fleming.

PUBLIC COAST BREWING COMPANY
Saturday evening, Public Coast Brewing will present live music with Eric John Kaiser from 8-10pm. He performs a unique blend of Parisian Americana where western lap steel guitar or dirty roadhouse blues mix with traditional French styling. No cover charge. Public Coast offers craft brews, Northwest food and a warm family atmosphere.

SEASONS CAFE
The cafe will host Kramer Vineyards for Saturday's wine walk. Seasons Cafe offers a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches and wraps, homemade soups, pasta entrees, seafood, espresso and a great selection of craft beer and wine. Dinner is served on weekends.

STEPHANIE INN DINING ROOM
On Thursday, March 9, Stephanie Inn Dining Room presents a winemaker's dinner with Bergstrom Wines. Open with an organic apple and cheese salad paired with Bergstrom's 2013 Sigrid Chardonnay and sip their 2014 Gregory Ranch Pinot Noir alongside a tenderloin of Beef Wellington with a red wine reduction. The dinner is $149 per person, gratuity not included. Call (855) 977-2444 for reservations.

SURFSAND RESORT
The oceanfront family resort located in Midtown Cannon Beach will host J. Scott Cellars and Owen Roe winery for Saturday's wine walk. The resort's contemporary guest rooms feature gas fireplaces, soaking tubs and oceanfront terraces. Resort amenities include indoor pool, workout facility and ocean view meeting and banquet rooms.

THE OIL & VINEGAR BAR
Wine by Northwest Cellars will be featured during the Saturday Wine Walk at The Oil & Vinegar Bar, Cannon Beach's gourmet adventure. The store showcases fine infused olive oils and imported Balsamic vinegars infused with the taste of the Pacific Northwest's fruits and berries. Featuring free tastings daily. All weekend, receive five dollars off the purchase of three bottles of wine.

WAYFARER RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
The Midtown Cannon Beach restaurant will host Pete's Mountain Winery for Saturday's wine walk. The oceanfront restaurant offers Pacific seafood, steaks, an extensive wine list and craft cocktails. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

WESTPORT WINERY CANNON BEACH TASTING ROOM
Westport Winery's Cannon Beach tasting room will pour a selection of their own wines during Saturday's wine walk and Friday's gallery walk. During the gallery walk, the tasting room will feature posters of their unique label art for sale and handblown glass float bottles of their fortified Riesling they call "Float." The rest of the weekend, they will offer $5 tastings to include five wines. The Westport, Washington based winery produces 35 wines and hard ciders and has earned over 500 medals in international competitions.

WHITE BIRD GALLERY
White Bird Gallery has showcased original and handcrafted works of art since 1971, helping to develop Cannon Beach's reputation as an arts community. Diverse and eclectic offerings include paintings, ceramics, glass, wood and art jewelry. The gallery is hosting Tero Estates winery during Saturday's wine walk, with expressive seascapes by painter Christopher Mathie on display.

THE WINE SHACK & PROVISIONS 124
The Wine Shack will feature Pudding River Wine Cellars for Saturday's wine walk and Provisions 124 will pour Puffin Wines during Friday evening's gallery walk and Saturday's wine walk. During the Friday evening Wine & Gallery Walk, photographer Chris Bidleman and painter Maureen O'Reilly will be featured. On Sunday, The Wine Shack will present a premium wine tasting featuring six high-end wines from Charles Smith, Wine Enthusiast magazine's 2014 Winemaker of the Year. Tickets are $40.
