Chef Aaron Bedard and Adelsheim Vineyard winemaker Gina Hennen share details tableside on the vintage and varietals being poured and how they were chosen to enhance each course. Enjoy Dungeness crab cakes paired with Adelsheim's 2013 Auxerrois and sip the 2014 Breaking Ground Pinot Noir alongside a morel mushroom stuffed lamb loin with a Dijon reduction. The Bistro Wine Dinner Featuring Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery of Walla Walla
Join Bistro chef Jack Stevenson and Patty Lynch of Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery as they offer a three-course, prix fixe menu with wines from Walla Walla. Menu items include an RR Ranch brined beef filet mignon with wild Oregon mushrooms and melted leeks potato pave. Featured wines will include an Amavi Semillon and a Pepper Bridge Merlot. Archimedes Gallery: Over the festival weekend, the gallery will feature the bold colors, geometric patterns and botanical profiles of Erik Abel's paintings along with contrasting black line engravings embodying the steampunk aesthetic from Dan Hillier.
Bruce's Candy Kitchen: Come by and sample a wine caramel created especially for Savor Cannon Beach weekend, then take some home to indulge in or share later.
Cannon Beach Bakery: The bakery will offer their iconic Haystack Bread for 10% off during festival weekend, just mention Savor Cannon Beach.
Dena's Shop On the Corner: Dena's features the Uno de 50 and NYDJ Spring 2018 Collections over the festival weekend. Full collections of both will be shown Friday and Saturday. Uno de 50 will offer a gift with purchase (while supplies last) and NYDJ will have a drawing for a pair of jeans on Sunday.
DragonFire Gallery: Throughout the weekend, the gallery will feature a series of colorful and expressive paintings of wine drinkers by Miska, who was recognized as an emerging success in US Art Magazine in 2000.
Ecola Seafoods: The family market will feature right off the boat, hand-selected fresh Oregon Dungeness crab prepared to eat in their restaurant or to take home and will also be serving their made from scratch clam chowder, famous smoked salmon and smoked salmon jerky.
Jeffrey Hull Gallery: Popular local land and seascape painter Jeffrey Hull will feature new original work highlighting scenes from the Oregon Coast throughout the festival weekend.
Jewelry by Sharon Amber: Sharon Amber will feature new champlev high-fire enamel jewelry, along with new gold pieces.
La Luna Loca: Throughout the weekend, this popular local clothing designer will offer 10% off one regular priced item (excludes Miguel Leather) or buy two batik scarves and get one free.
Northwest By Northwest Gallery: The gallery will feature a new oil painting from Hazel Schlesinger of wine and Cannon Beach created especially for the festival. Schlesinger has been published in Southwest Art Magazine and will be a featured artist at Northwest by Northwest Gallery during Spring Unveiling in May.
Oil & Vinegar Bar: Oil & Vinegar Bar will offer free tastings of dozens of varieties of infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars all weekend long.
Provisions 124: Provisions 124 will feature tastings of Puffin Wines Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 1-5pm.
Sweet Basil's: The restaurant will have a "Count the Corks" contest on Friday and Saturday. Closest to the actual amount in the jar wins Dinner for Two at Sweet Basil's, winner to be announced at the Savor Cannon Beach Battle of the Bites.
White Bird Gallery: The gallery will feature abstract paintings by Christopher Mathie, paper and mixed media art made from reconstructed book pages by Helga Winter, oil paintings new gallery artist Brian Blackham and a new series of animal wood burnings by Portland icon Tom Cramer.
